Scholarship

Scholarship is the biggest priority for us as a chapter. Our motto of "Scholarship, Fraternity, Self" reflects our aspirations of achieving the highest degree of academic success possible. With a 3.39 GPA last year (2022-23), our chapter had the highest GPA of any fraternity at Mississippi State for the third year in a row. Phi Gamma Delta has consistently created a culture of academic greatness.

In our new member process, scholarship is incredibly important. We provide as many resources to new members as possible. Within our Executive body is our Scholarship Committee, including two Freshmen Scholarship Chairmen. These Chairmen create successful study plans, provide tutoring, and periodically meet with new members to ensure they are reaching their potential. Each of the past two years, new member classes have had higher GPAs than the general chapter, exemplifying the success our scholarship system has.
